Hi Hal,
I'm a fan of mixing speaker types in amps, but I wouldn't use either of the
Jensens you mention. The Italian Jensens are very scooped in the mids, tone
tends to lack any body or meat. They might sound OK if the circuit is anything
like a tolex Fender, or has a mid scooped sort of tone to begin with.
Eminence, Fane, Kendrick all make cool 10" speakers for harp.

Subject: [Harp-L] Harp Amp Speakers
Hello all
Has anyone mixed say a Jensen C10 R ceramic speaker with a Jensen P10 R alnico
speaker in a lets say a 2 x 10" 30 watt harp amp? What were the pros/cons from
your doing so? I used the above description as an example. Other
brands/models/sizes apply as well but for a 30 watt amp.
TIA
Hal in MI
