I have found that the best way to relieve stress in the reed OWNER is to bake on a sunny (pre-heated) beach at around 90F for a few hours. Appropriate scenery helps the stress reduction (white sand, blue water, palm trees, bikini girls). Coconut oil is better than canola oil, particularly if applied by one of the bikini girls!
Internal lubrication of the reed owner can also assist - margheritas are recommended, although many options are available.
Cryogenics are NOT recommended!
Cheers
Maka
